We signed our 15-year old daughter up for her first lesson about a year ago. Although she was very hesitant in the beginning, the staff at PMA Kenwood has made this her favorite activity. Not only has she learned vital self defense skills, she has gained confidence in her ability to be an athlete and a strong, disciplined girl.
